JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION {1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Mary Napier, the guardian of Lisa Hinkle; Lisa Hinkle; Brian Hinkle Sr.;1 Brian Hinkle Jr.; and Beau Hinkle (collectively ""appellants""), appeal the trial court's decision to enter judgment for defendant-appellee, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (""the Clinic""), upon a jury verdict.2 Finding no error in the proceedings below, we affirm.
